PET POLICY We are happy to accommodate two dogs weighing
up to 40 pounds each or one dog weighing up to 80 pounds per room. Guests must
sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any damages that might occur during
their stay. All dogs must remain on a leash when outside of the guest room, and
are not allowed in any area where food is served. Dog-friendly rooms are located
on the first floor.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY Debit and Credit cards will be
authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover
incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which
time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized
amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or
financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting
fees or charges.
PAYMENT POLICY A valid credit card is required at the
time of booking to guarantee all reservations, and must be presented upon
check-in. Guests wishing to pay by cash can do so upon departure only.
SMOKING POLICY All guest rooms and public spaces are 100%
non-smoking. A 350 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates
